Recorded a live CD/DVD at Cecil's in New Jersey this past weekend, and the product came out pretty hot! I'll make sure and post up some music and video clips once we get some from the editors/mixers. In the meantime, here's some shots:

Had a big weekend in L.A. for the Emmys!! Unfortunately "Bernard and Doris" went 0 for 10 at the award ceremony, but at least we got nominated! Went to a very cool event for the launching of a foundation called "Love Sees No Color" put on by an international philathropist named Fred Nassiri who is fiercely spreading his message of World Peace. ****FYI!!!**** "Bernard and Doris" has received 10 Emmy nominations!! Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Anyway, wanna shout out ALL the amazing people I met in Japan and thank you again for all the love you showed us!! Made the trip really beautiful!!

Went back to Cabo Verde, Africa to play at the massive Gamboa Festival. As usual, the Cape Verdean people showed us a tremendous amount of love! Nothing eventful happened, just lots of good music. Big shout out to all my people in the C.V.!!
